• Even though www.festivalsurat.in shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from festival. Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned in the website.
• Shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.
• If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
• The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.
• The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and festival disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. festival does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Under no circumstances whatsoever shall festival be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall festival be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise exceed the amount paid by the user to festival for that specific service/product.
• All prices are inclusive of cartage, service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering.
• All Jurisdiction and matters of arbitration in Surat High Court, Gujarat, India only.

• At festival, we understand that there could be times when you may want to cancel an order for various reasons. While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.
• Most products at festival are made for order and we start processing the order, as soon as the order is received. Therefore, No cancellations could be accepted beyond 24 hours of placing the order.
• Although, you may not be able to cancel your order yourself, you may contact the Customer Engagement Team through Livechat, Phone or email, within 24 hours of placing the order, in case you wish to cancel your order.
• You could choose to receive a refund or a store credit voucher for the value of the cancelled order/ product. You would receive a full refund of the order/ product value. If you choose to receive a store credit voucher, you could use the same in your next purchase, in the same estore, on which the initial order was placed.
• Refunds can be made to the Credit/ Debit card that you used while placing the order. Orders placed using netbanking, would be refunded through the same payment gateway through which the order was initially placed.
